Just home last night after a wonderful week climbing in Tenerife. Did Teide (Los Cristianos to the top), it's cold up there. Great to see this footage, really nice.

I use the Aftershoks open run. Music quality is good enough and you can hear cars which is the perfect combo for safer cycling.
