I have slept in some cool places such as old prisons/gaols, mental hospitals or secure wards. The most peaceful night sleep I had was at Castlemaine gaol in Western Victoria. J-Ward was the most active and talkative resident spirits. Pentridge was the boring. Aradale is my fav for day and night tours, but no sleep overs allowed in the main buildings.

Also it depends on which Tesco's you are in. Certain Tesco's in major cities with large numbers of office blocks nearby have a range for the meal deal which seems to take up half the store. This means there are actually decent options. Also a good idea to go before lunchtime. That Tesco's selection looked a little sad and it was probably after lunch when they went in. I worked in that nick for 25 years. I can tell you in no uncertain terms that it is 100% haunted. I saw an American GI standing behind me in one of the rooms which was converted from the old condemned man's cell. Our workshop was in the old morgue opposite the red brick hanging building. Me & my colleague saw a shit ton of weird stuff in there including tools being moved about. Heard voices & unexplained noises when the place was banged up. I was there on my own during the decommissioning of the prison keeping the boilers running etc before we handed the building over. It is a damn creepy place when it was just you working on the site. Never saw The Grey Lady though, although one of the screws swore blind he did.

oh wow... i ive in germany and in my city we have an old prison (it´s used as a sort of museum because it was used by the Nazi´s) that is exactly the same infrastructure wise. watching this brought back all the memories from the school trip we took there. the one here had additional examination rooms and gas chambers, the court is a bit different (smaller), but even the building itself looks similar! i still remember standing in one of the cells and reading the original log of a 14 year old boy that died in there and not being able to process that everything in there is preserved from back then.
