Hi Annie, I can totally recommend it. It's an absolutely beautiful area for cycling. It is roughly this one: www.komoot.com/tour/967978461 just the first half to Nice. I decided to divert of the route on the way back and got stuck somewhere where there was a route closure and then did a hike-a-bike section to get back to the main road. In general, I would say just follow SS1 along the coast and you'll be fine.
