Really like the battery life and durability of the Instinct 2 series, but concerned about the many reports online of it randomly shutting down. You have any insight on this issue? Also, what a beautiful ride! Thanks.

The only issues I have had with my Instinct 2X Solar are: 1. some lag issues now and again 2. it takes longer to save workouts than some other Garmins 3. it does not track naps yet 4. it does not have Body Battery advanced features like factors after workouts and sleep. The body-battery factors could be added with a software upgrade, but I think Garmin would have already added them at this point. I have not had the watch just turn off randomly. Glad you liked my cycling video :)

🤔I can’t compare but this a 1 off I tested my reliable gw5p I tried a cycling ride for test reasons after maybe 10 to 20 mins GW detected the work out started recording whilst the awu 2 I have to do it manual After a 2 hr ride I kid you not the GW was more accurate with the destination pace HR but gps not perfect but than good in enough 😅 I was shocked out of like 100 plus work out AWU 2 was the more precise and accurate device but that 1 workout surprised But back to my garmin miss that big huge watch On a another note we getting closer to the next Fenix 8 series & epix 3 can’t wait 🙌 Great video as always 👏🙌always enjoying your uploads

Thanks for the workout feedback comparing your Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch5 Pro while cycling 🤠 Yeah, the auto-sensing workout feature is fun, but it only takes about 5 to 11 seconds to manually start a workout and then you have the precise time. The other negative with several watches, is that if you pause for too long the auto-started workout auto-stops. As for the Garmin Fenix 8 and EPIX 3, later in 2024...
