Ummm, No. Not going to work. In fact, it's a stupid idea. The reason being, if an aircraft loses power it can glide to landing based upon the lift of its wings. In a rotary wing aircraft, you can autorotate to a safe landing using the kinetic energy stored in the rotating blades. This thing, if it loses one of its rotors it's going to tumble out of the sky because of asymmetrical lift. If it loses power, it's going to fall out of the sky like a brick because it's got nothing but the rotors producing lift. This may have application as a unmanned aircraft, but it's suicide as a manned aircraft.
