it makes me sad that so many ppl either didnt read Cyno's lore or forgot that Cyrus is basically Cyno's adoptive father and the man who raised him. the comment about if Urraca was his son he'd get the scolding of a lifetime and then Cyno adding in that "luckily im also an extremely principled person" goes over everyones heads as Cyno pretty much saying hes Cyrus' son. it also helps put into perspective why Cyno wasnt suspicious of him and could so confidently vouch for his character when faced with the rumor of Cyrus supposedly embezzling mora.

I want to see more characters story like this one, showing multiple Nation characters in one story. Cyno's was like a limited event that reunited us with old region friends except t's a premanent update, it reminds me of 3.6 event where all of Sumeru characters got involved.

​@@v1rtualren You are not alone, I missed all of Sumeru events except for 3.8 because I only joined in late 2022 and knew little about genshin. I did play 3.6 event but never finished it, and I almost played WindBlume Festival in 3.5, except I started it literally at the last 5 minutes of the event (why took me long? I felt I needed to finish other annoying quests first), as for 3.7? I had yet to unlock Inazuma so I could not play it at all. I wish they turn these events into optional downloadable content with less rewards, this can fix the space size issue.

Cyno's character story has to be my favorite story quests in Genshin, especially since he's not one of the archons. This is how they should do story quests for characters by showing the character's past, their relationship with other chars and so on not sending us on a random chore duty with an npc whom we will never see again. Sumeru cast has to be my fav cast after mondstat only because of how well and knitted group they are this is something I believe that fontaine and Inazuma characters lack

tbh tighnari's name isn't even that much of a weird thing tho. like that happens in real world all the time, children being named after places and such. it usually has some heavy-heavy history behind it too, so it makes sense

Solid 8/10. Sethos and cyno lore, but of Tighnari lore. Amazing cutscene. Loved the reunion and slice of life feeling with the camping. Kaveh and Alhaitham getting along. Everyone working together. SETHOS. I feel like Sumeru has a found family dynamic. None of them really cared for each other or even liked each other at the beginning, but now they're like one big family. I love it.

I always find it interesting how Cyno's story quests don't exactly revolve around him. They definitely include lots of his backstory and character sure, but they seem to focus a lot more on his relationship with others, and how others view him.

I loved this one; Cyno(and his jokes) is one of my favourites. The thing that caught me off guard was how nice Alhaitham was to Kaveh; and well, less snarky with everyone else. Also; Tighnari wasn't as sassy as usual. Part of my love for Alhaitham is his snarky personality. At least Cyno stayed true, serious and a jokester all at the same time.

apart from brief moments we saw some old characters in short scenes and the cutscene with cyno fighting it was pretty meh story quest, most of the time i just wanted either something interesting to come or quest to end and when something interested happened it was over before it actually started, overall personally it felt pretty mid at best the cyno cutscene saved quest from being total boredom
