I'm in total agreement and I personally didn't miss not seeing Spiderman plot involvement, this is why I enjoyed the film so much. Aaron Taylor-Johnson ROCKS!

I was super disappointed in this one. I will admit my reasons for wanting to see it were pretty superficial and shallow (I mean that poster... grrrrr). I did hope it was an ok, fun movie though. I was shocked at how bad the acting was in places and the script was shockingly bad. I don't know wtf was going on with the ADR. Some of the dialogue sounded like 2 different actors voices delivering the same line. Nope, not even a stunningly handsome lead could save this one for me.

From the first trailer that I saw I thought this looked terrible. People want movies about Spider Man not Kraven, Venom, Madame Web, and Morbious.

Well, I'm personally fine with taking a break from Spider-Man. I'm feeling a bit Spider-Manned out at this point. So I don't necessarily mind seeing new or different characters. Obviously depends who they are and how well written they are.

I Predicted right after the first trailer that this movie gonna tank, and there it is, doing worse than Madam Web. 😅

Yeah, I heard about that. It's unfortunate, because this is a better movie than Madam Web by far. But I think Sony squandered any goodwill that was remaining with its fans.
