Approx 16 months ago I changed my diet dramatically. I’ve always been on the slender side, but did put on weight during lockdowns. I no longer suffer with depression, and feel effortlessly beautiful. To still make an entrance when entering a room, is deeply satisfying at 70 years of age. At this time of life, health is everything. EVERYTHING. When you feel well, it’s easier to remain consistent with beauty routine, exercise and life issues. Well done with your journey. 👏🎉

Conscious effort I put into my femininity every day (feel free to expand or steal some of these habits for yourself^^): - no yelling, no cursing - and in general being gentle with those around me (especially as a toddler mom) - dress up with make up and hair done every day. Maybe not a 10/10 effort every day, but at least a 7/10. - nurture masculinity in my husband (let him lead, compliment him on his great character and solid morals...) - nurturing virtue in myself (correct myself right away if I catch myself lying, being morally consistent in general, stepping in if I see something morally wrong happen) - prayer everyday, especially practicing gratitude - spending time on building feminine skills: sewing, baking, cooking, journaling, whathaveyounot - I also spend only one hour per day online to not let myself be drawn into weird online echo chambers or be brought down by world news this list is not complete, but those are the main points. :)

It amazes me how much work goes into being feminine I thought it just came naturally I did not realize it takes conscious effort even by feminine women!

I talk about this in the beginning of the video. Unfortunately modern society prevents femininity from flourishing, so you have to actively incorporate habits and practices to nurture it. For example, Like a plant in a pot. It’s not in the wild where it could thrive naturally, therefore you have to water it and make sure it has sunlight or else it will slowly wither away.

@@CynthiaL It’s why I have so much respect for what you do and when I dress up I try to imitate a lady’s movements as much as possible

I need this video so much. It’s so hard to stay feminine being at work where people are so aggressive and harsh

I love your videos, I've been watching them since years ago. I'm married, and I own my business (life is expensive, otherwise I would love to be a housewife), so I'm constantly working on trying to balance how masculine I need to be to run my company and how feminine I want and need to be at home and to my husband. It's really hard because the switch is not easy. Your videos are always like May's rain and a pleasure to watch. Just sending you a hug, take care.

How do you feel about people who criticize women who take care of their husbands, considering it slavery or something?

Hi Cynthia! I just disovered your channel and your videos really speak to me. I’ve always been and have had a very feminine personality, style and energy and I feel that society and even my own family has tried to take this out of me. Videos like this help me feel so much more connected with my femininity and accepting of it, as well as reading the Bible on femininity. God bless you all 😊

Proverbs 31:30 - "Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." This verse highlights that true femininity and virtue for a woman comes not only from outward charm, but from having reverence and devotion to the Lord. It praises women of godly character over superficial qualities ❤
