I’ve been in such a bad rut. I’m going to start slow. This is a very kind video.

I love this type of content! I’m 52 and I have always put on makeup every single day, even if I’m not leaving the house. I do it for me. I used to get regular manicures but the past few years I’ve been painting my nails at home and I also color my hair. I could go on about this stuff too lol! And you’re so right about getting enough sleep and eating properly 😘

What's your diet? Skincare ? Do you exercise? You look 30 !!

@@E.Cerulean that photo was taken 2 or 3 years ago and just happens to be a good picture I think, but thank you very much lol! I go to the gym just a couple times a week, no special diets, I try to take care of my skin and wear night cream before bed. The past few years I’ve worn Tatcha silk cream. 💗

Excellent advice ❤ I try to drink more water lately, and doing pilates in the evenings. Wearing basic sundresses occassionally has also helped to motivate me and put me in my healthy feminine energy. Of course, it's not merely aesthetic, but a healthy mood that it puts us in

I love this! I think when I am in a rut or really busy, I focus on the bare minimum for beauty which is hygiene and dresses! If I take a nice hot shower and wash my hair and put on a pretty dress with some perfume I feel put together! I also tint my eyebrows every few weeks so I don’t have to worry about the brows! Just mascara and lip product (which I don’t put on everyday) but I have really simplified my routine over the years to make life easier!

Love it! I have been meaning to try the eyebrow dye, but I'll admit I am scared they will turn out too dark on me

This is just perfect timing! I recently had heart surgery and, after being ill for almost half a year, I’m trying to get back into fitness and just being able to take care of myself again. I joined and gym and the other day, got my eyebrows done and it was like a switch went off like “I’m a woman, I can still look nice and feel pretty!” So I’ve been watching makeup tutorials and got a new makeup routine. This, plus getting stronger and losing some weight is just really making the rest of the year a “glow up” for me. It’s super fun and I’m having a blast!

Been on my feminine journey for seven years. Currently in my first trimester of our first baby and I feel the least feminine I have ever felt. Will work harder when I get to second trimester 🫶 loved this video!

Hi, I haven’t experienced pregnancy yet but I think carrying your child is the most feminine thing that a woman can do! And big props to you for working on your beauty, wellness, and other areas of your life while pregnant; I don’t imagine that it’s easy. You’re doing amazing ❤️

Pregnant with my fourth, and that happens to me every time. I know how you feel! It does get better, for sure ❤

Awee thank y’all 🫶 I am starting to feel a little better. Things I’m doing to feel more feminine that work for me are I braid my hair since I don’t have the energy to curl it , I do my eye brows and put on some perfume & sometimes curl my lashes. It’s not a lot but it is the best I can do for now :)

Things will change after the baby so it’s really important you find yourself now so that you can adjust that “sense of self” after baby. Instead of reinvent. You got this!

the first trimester is hard. I would look at that time as an "exception" lol. First trimester is sometimes really just about survival. It's been a few months now since your comment and I hope you feel more like yourself in the second trimester

Hello love, currently pregnant with a 1 year old. Any advice videos on handling this stage / 2 under 2?
@CynthiaL3 сағат бұрын
I found a lot of advice on the 2under2 subreddit. In general also just remember that with 2under2 it gets so much easier as they are both in toddlerhood. Now my kids basically are at the same developmental stage and they can do the same activities, so it makes my day-to-day way easier

the second baby definitely throws things off. I had some lasting effects from my second pregnancy, but remember it's about getting to a point where you feel confident "enough" (not perfect) about where you are at
