I’m 20 years old and since I did my hygiene routine, cleaning my rooms, and swap out all my shorts and pants for skirts and dresses, I feel so much better being a woman 💞🫶🏾

I've tried the flare and baggy pants but they make me short and bulky so as a milleanial I stick to my old lover "the skinny" or the "cigar" shape , I just dont care about trend or fashion anymore , I wear clothes that are comfy but still makes me elegant and feminine no matter the weather or the trend. 🙂

Exactly, not all trends will work and that’s ok! No need to feel bad about sticking with styles “from the past” if they are flattering!😀

Setting time limits on my social media apps has been a huge help! I also have “downtime” installed so for a few hours in the day, nothing on my phone will work besides calls/texts. Gives me time for my other hobbies, knitting, reading, cooking, etc!

I’m 10 years older and large family (all came during my 30s) and it’s so humbling recognizing the time I lost being in a victim rut because of not having a grasp on transitioning to a mom. I knew who I was pre mom but tried to fit that person into a mom mold instead of inventing the woman I wanted to be. These videos are great and she doesn’t seem to make any of us feel belittled. It’s wonderful.
