My friend shared this on Facebook and I'm not part of your target audience. But none of these archetypes apply to me. I can be childlike, but not in a girly way. I can be good at organizing things, but not people, and am not a good hostess. I'm not at all glamorous. And I'm not outdoorsy or adventurous. I sometimes see my femaleness show in the way I play games differently from my male friends. I'm a homebody and focus on setting up a comfortable, friendly, and enduring home environment in a computer game, rather than being interested in the combat mechanics. There is also some nurturing in the way I interact with kids. I act as a teacher, though not in the way of a typical female teacher of young children. I offer patience and logic, not empathy and coddling.

I’m 10,000% the free-spirit feminine woman. Kind of a scatterbrained, hot-mess of a woman who needs structure, organization, and a plan or else nothing would get done lol. I’m creative and energetic but if I don’t harness those for something useful, I end up wasting the day away knee-deep in a project I’ll more than likely half finish. I think this has a LOT to do with my ADHD 🤣

I love working out as a way to take care of my body, being outside, getting “dirty” when playing with my kids & helping my husband take care of tasks on our farm, and having a garden but I also enjoy planning/having an agenda to get my goals accomplished! I’m 100% free spirit. And i can definitely attest to becoming overwhelmed and getting very down on myself. I try to dabble and be involved in so many Hobbies and ventures and then i feel like my head is going to explode. I could really benefit from a planner because I need to cultivate a routine.

Just discovered that I'm about 90% Glamourous,and 10% Classic. Funny that I never saw myself as someone who was sparkly. Recently, a makeup artist told me that I was bubbly and reminded him of the old Hollywood actresses. I love wearing perfume,taking luxury baths,faux fur coats,and sparkly jewelry and hair clips. Love this archetype! Please do more videos like this.

Love this! So happy you made this wonderful video! I really enjoyed our Instagram conversation on this topic, and this resonates with me so much. I am simultaneously very traditional and very nontraditional. Shaved head, tons of colors of hair, facial piercings, tattoos... but also very mentally traditional, and aspiring to the homemaking life! Also, I love the representation of so many different cultural traditions in your picture examples. I would absolutely call myself a mix of traditional, free-spirited, and alternative femininity. I’d call alternative femininity the love of self expression through body modification - I have very meaningful cursive script tattoos, and a septum piercing which I feel is a feminine piercing - or very wild makeup and hair. I’ve had about 7 or 8 different hair colors that I’ve used to represent my feminine creativity, and the same goes for very expressive and wild makeup. All of it is done through feminine flow and creative feminine energy. The alternative feminine woman loves self-expression! She embodies feminine creativity through her wide range of hair and makeup looks especially. She loves showing off her feminine creativity through alternative outfit styles, often things like goth, vintage, cottagecore, egirl, etc.! She tends to love volunteering because it’s something many people overlook doing, and the alternative feminine woman loves looking at that which others don’t see or appreciate. She finds beauty in obscure things, old things, and things others find weird. She has such a strong feminine energy she can find femininity in her whole life, even if she is surrounded by masculine people and environments. She is not afraid to be different.

I believe I mostly embody classic femininity. This video really was an eye opener for me because I've always struggled a bit with the fact that I'm not the pastel colours wearing, Disney princess type. I’m an equal mix of all of these! This is such a nice video. It definitely gives me a sense of ease for when I’m having more of a “free-spirited” type of day and am not “feeling” as feminine. OMG I loooove the free spirit one. I always referred to it by calling it androgynous femininity before xD, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense haha. I'm like that more than any other archetype for sure. So for me, I'd say it's 60 percent or so free spirit, 30 percent traditional, and 10 percent classical. None of me being glamorous type though :p GREAT video, thank you girl!!

I'm 50/50 classic & free-spirit. Is that even possible? 😂 This was a really fun video, Cynthia. I kept thinking of people who fit into each category. Some were women who I hadn't thought of as exuding feminine energy, really. You opened my eyes to what it looks like in different people. I once worked with a stereotypical "glamorous" type. I was her manager. Very sweet young woman. Wow!! did other female co-workers ever struggle with her mannerisms, facial expressions & tone of voice, though. I had never seen such a strong negative reaction towards a woman before. I wonder if others in this category struggle with being misunderstood as too sexy?

I mostly see myself in the free spirit archetype! I am very curious, always trying new things but exactly like you mentionned, It is laziness I struggle with most. I could also say a lack of purpose and belonging. For a long time I thought of plans and todolists and structures as prisons haha. But dr Jordan Peterson changed my mind and Ive been benifiting of planning greatly. P.s I think your videos are wonderful and if I may, they would be even be nicer with a busier decor in the backround. I understand it is to not have your dogs disturb you. I loved this video Cynthia. Recently I have looked into archetypes and found out I am "The Enigma". Also I just bought a book called "Goddesses in Everywoman: Powerful Archetypes in Women's Lives" which I am excited to read :) I think I am a combination of Classic and Traditional. I am traditional mostly, as I find great joy in creating things that look beautiful to me. The efficient part of me relates to the Classic. I love your outfit today and this is exactly what I love most - perfection in grooming, very girlie patterns but not overdone in a childish way, long flowing hair, and a romantic spirit about life. For a minute I thought I could be that free spirit but I'm mostly traditional and classic. I love your channel and I think you are beautiful. I think plain pearl studs are the most flattering earrings most of the time. They bring out the eyes and the whiteness of teeth, and they frame the face. I love pearls as long as they aren't worn all together - that looks too formal.

I think I am mostly classical with some free-spiritedness and I absolutely adore the glamorous type. I am not sure if I have a little bit of it, because I find that the elegance of the classic feminine and glamour are closely related. Especially considering that my free-spirit part likes to take the elegance part over the top which tends to go into the glamours direction. This has been very insightful. Thank you!

I feel that I am a mix of traditional Hispanic femininity, diva, and free spirit. I love to cook, clean, and serve my partner and family. It is my natural state of being. I tend to harness the diva/sensual side of myself only for my partner. I want him to feel like that part of me is only for him to know and see. I also am free spirited I love trying new things, camping, hiking, and getting a little dirty if that means I’m present and in the moment with my loved ones and life itself. I try to activate my femininity traits depending on the time, place, and who I’m interacting with 💞

Yes it’s possible! I think this woman is very attracted to perhaps a slower living pace of life and blossoms in that way, however unfortunately society can impede that. I think she does best with learning how to implement boundaries to preserve her energy 💛💛🥰

I am 70% free spirited as I love travelling, exploring, getting my hands dirty and going on adventures. Most of the times my excess energy leads me into chaos so I need to have plan and structure. I am 15% traditional feminine as I like to pursue my hobbies, cook, clean and embracing the child like nature. I like and embody my sensual side but dont want to show it to everybody. I just want to keep it for myself and my partner. So maybe I am maybe 5% glamorous/sensual. Also I am 10% classic feminine because I like to look polished, well put together and having ettiqute. So basically I am all of them😂 And I used to think that I should be different to be feminine, but not myself. Thank you so much cynthia for this video. It just gave me an assurance in my self.

40% Traditional 60% Free-Spirited The traditional side of me comes from my culture and Mexican heritage. The free spirited side comes from my own habits and personality. I was exactly what you’d think of as a tomboy growing up, I cringed at words like Barbie, girly, and the color pink. But as a married woman who is now in her 20’s, I find myself learning there is more feminine energy in me than I thought. I love cottagecore now, even though I still put my own tomboyish spin on the style. And I love caring for my husband every day as a housewife

I have never heard of this before, so thank you for sharing ♥️ I would say I'm mainly the traditional type - I love baking, dressing very girly, flowers etc, it truly beings me so much joy. I also have a sprinkle of free spirit though, which I see in my love of nature, creativity, sensitivity, and parenting style (gentle discipline filled with love, home births, homeschooling in a relaxed way, extended breastfeeding etc). I find I can easily get carried away in my own little world though, and also have let my emotions overwhelm me in the past. This is why over time I am incorporating more of the "classic", as I feel I have life together a bit more this way! I have always admired the glamorous one, but it's nothing that comes naturally to me ✨

I think that as Catholics we can still cultivate timeless values of femininity in every archetype. Mary is my greatest inspiration but I do not think she is solely reserved for one archetype ❤️

I think I’m generally more free-spirited feminine... but I think there’s some hidden traditional/classic femininity in me that feel quite awkward/shy in expressing if I’m honest! It’s something I’m trying to become more comfortable with :) This was a great video, thank you so much Cynthia!

I love this video, I'm so glad youtube recommended this channel! theres so much emphasis on trad fem, so as a free spirit type i was super excited to see this representation haha :) I'm like 90% free spirit, 10% trad 50s style. so basically.... a goth rockabilly type that only wears vintage dresses and whimsical patterned circle skirts, but has black and blue hair 😂

Omg I feel so understood. I’m 50/50 Classic and Glamorous, even though my aesthetic is pretty cottagecore and I love hiking and gardening. I am a fantastic hostess, I traditionally host two parties year of 30+ friends and colleagues and I do the majority of the cooking for family on thanksgiving and Christmas. And I have actually been called “the mother of the group” several times while in college. I do admit that I have an issue with manipulation, I have to always be very conscious of my intentions and behaviors around men that are interested in me. I have manipulated men in the past when I was younger (about 18-21) and I don’t want to present that quality anymore, it’s hurtful and inauthentic. Though I probably “present” more Glamorous at 5’10” and Soft Dramatic. I also tend do wear outfits and jewelry which are quite the statement but not particularly sensual, and I use homemade vanilla extract as my signature perfume 💁‍♀️
