Today we are going to unpack a very popular 'buzz-word' in the femininity community and talk about "how to be nurturing". Femininity is so much more than pretty outfits and perfectly coiffed hair.

People forget that femininity is also on the inside. They could look as feminine on the outside as possible, but their behaviors and demeanor can be completely masculine or brash.

So true.Women from Balkan dress all fancy, grow their hair long(or put extensions), put tons of makeup, but don't have feminine manners. One woman from Russia actually said we sound like men.😅(obligatory:this is just my subjective experience, and doesn't apply to litteraly everyone blah, blah...)

Yes! I see this a lot on reality TV. Some of these women are so pretty and glamorous, but then their behavior is so aggressive and mean, it takes away from their beauty.

I now wake up at 4 o'clock to prepare a good meal for my family every day : they are so grateful and I can move on to other things early in the day. During that cooking time I listen to gospel related podcasts when there is no noise in the house. Spiritually speaking I feel way better too, experiencing the support of the Lord throughout the day

Cynthia, I so agree with your tips on listening... it is actually a very effective way to understand others. Seek first to understand, and then seek to be understood is a basic principle taught by Steven Covey in his 7 Habits book (which I recommend to all you ladies out there). Questions are so important!!! You are a very wise woman to recognize this!

Darling Darby so true! I will have to check out that book - but it does sound familiar! It is so common to think we are listening but not quite as effectively as we could be! I am always trying to improve this way! 💛

I’m definitely not perfectly nurturing and/or feminine, but not taking part in arguments or drama is definitely HUGE. People see you as someone who stands out and it’s definitely feminine behavior. Don’t talk back to people and try to give a good comeback, don’t partake in all the gossip (not gonna lie, I do struggle with this), and don’t insist that people always agree with you. Just simply walk away from a person if they continue arguing with you. You will do yourself and others a favor in the long run :)

Please make more videos like this!!!! There are no books written on how to embody your femininity as a woman in a nurturing context outside of nurturing children. Astrologically, I am here to learn how to be more “nurturing” & I struggle so much with this as there is nothing that teaches you how to nurture!!!!! 😭 Femininity seems to be completely interdependent on its relationship to men, & some women don’t only want to embody their femininity only for the benefit of getting a man.

I'm hoping to dive deeper into these more meaningful topics in the upcoming months 💛. I'm happy to hear you like this topic! It is true, femininity is not about getting a man or children (those are benefits, but not the reason for)

I've let myself go for a long time. I have put myself last for so long that now people are calling me selfish for trying to better my self-care. I try to keep my self care to an hour for everything - getting dressed, doing my make up or nails and meditating to put myself in a positive mind frame for the day. I guess I don't understand why or how family members seem to think that I'm putting myself before my children. 🤔🤷‍♀️ Am I giving myself too much time? Am I not being balanced enough? I would love it if others could weigh in with their own experiences on this.....because I'm feeling a little lost......😞

For me, a whole hour first thing in the morning is not feasible 99% of the time. We have a toddler though who needs to be both fed & kept out of trouble. I don't know your exact situation, child ages & whatnot. I have maybe 15 minutes to boot up in the morning and on a typical day, 5 minutes to get ready before my husb gets off work. 15 minutes on a good day, still usually in the afternoon.

Wonderful content!!My favorite part was about collaborating together to CREATE a new solution!! This is beautiful!! Thank you!!💕 I find nurturing myself helps immensely!! Basically befriending myself to put it simply. Being mindful of balance. This helps in my life to give and serve cheerfully! In nurturing others i pick up on little likes & dislikes... also find out their passions and struggles to better love them. When possible, i serve behind the scenes and give secretly. I just use my disernment when it is best as a gift from me or a secret blessing☺🙏🏻 ❤

Cynthia, I have so enjoyed your KZbin channel 😊 It is exactly where my heart is at. We are not to conform to this world and you do such an amazing job standing up for what you believe and living your life in a way that resonates with who you are! That is simply beautiful. I like being a girl. I like having feminine qualities as God made me. He knows what He is doing in creating each of us. I want to be a Homemaker. I am believing God for the man He has for me and that He is ordering our steps to meet each other. Truly, Cynthia, you are a breath of fresh air in a world that pressures people to be what everyone else says they are to be. I sincerely appreciate you and admire you. Keep up the great work you are doing to build the right community who values femininity and all that encompasses... Richest Blessings on you, your hubby and doggies too 🐾 Janet 🌼🌻🌸
