Please talk more about post menopause women and fasting -how long.....

I am a 60 year old post menopausal woman who has been IF since 2019 and OMAD on most work days, with a 1 hour window starting after work @ about 7 to 8 pm, 2mad on days off with a 6 hour window starting around noon and ending around 6 pm. I had good success initially and have hit several plateaus in the intervening years. Can't seem to consistently lose weight- and I have a LOT to lose. I am mostly Carnivore - with some cheese and spices. I am rarely, if ever hungry, Drink a couple Zevia's per day and at least 120mls H20 with many days in the 200 or more mls per day. I take 2 tbsp ACV with electrolytes once a day in AM. I am very active and on my feet for 12 hours or more on work days and then fairly sedentary on my days off- Have a recumbent bike and treadmill and rowing machine and use them intermittently - but not consistently - I know... I make walk dates with friends and we walk 3 or 4 miles when we go ( not as often as I should) I have tried BBBE for 30 days a few times, I have tried Keto and macro tracking, I have tried longer fasts, I have tried strict carnivore , I have tried weighing daily, I have tried weighing monthly, I have tried tracking my measurements, etc etc. to try to break through and get the weight to come off but I have been consistently frustrated by the lack of progress. Any thoughts on how to break thru once and for all?

Walking Walking Walking. Lost 120 pounds in the last 15 months changing diet-cutting out all processed foods Walking 5-6 days/week and intermittent fasting. Mostly OMAD just started ADF with OMAD on eating days and strict carnivore no dairy and meat only. Lots of prayer to JESUS for help daily🎉

I listen to you and Stacy Simms, the latter sas fasting is not good for women (max 12-13hours overnight). Confused. 🤯🤯😔😔

Dr. Cynthia, you are a smart doctor.❤ i don't have a question, just wanna let you know all your youtube videos and podcasts you have are verry helpfull for our real health. Dr. Ken Berry, and dr. Chris Palmer saved my life in 2022, when i almost died from toxic meds😢. I now trive on lion diet/ omad for tge past 2 years❤. At 53 i feel more healthier and happier without taking toxic meds. Thank you for your hard work you do, and i wish one day America will stop thinking about how fast doctors will think more of patients health than how fast they make those high profits😢. Real doctors like you and all the once from youtube❤ are trully saving lives❤. Thank you and i do appreciate it❤

Everyone talks about the benefits of creatine but it destroys my stomach. I have taken with or without food. Any ideas?

Same! I found a micronized creatine and no issues with it. Maybe give that a try?

Since I cut out quick cereal and milk for breakfast from my diet, I struggle to have quick breakfast each morning. I just time restricting eat. Help, age 41.

Hi, my high-protein breakfast 4 days a week includes: a 15g protein unsweetened almond yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (15 g protein), 1 scoop collagen powder (10 g protein), cinnamon, 1 Tbs chopped nuts, and blackberries or raspberries. I prepare 4 glass containers with the aforementioned ingredients and refrigerate them for the week.

As for hystorectomy , that estrogen will make you youthful a beautiful womanly woman inside and out .. more sharply .. I would cycle the estrogen as if you had a cycle more in the veg of cycle less at end .. it will put some weight on .. but soften those wrinkles .. hair is questionable ... progestrone should help the weight but use at the end of cycle when Progestrone kicks in after you ovulate 14,15 day

Coffee is an energy drink , is it not ? It will break a fast .. peeps are to addicted to there coffee try a fast from coffee , w food .. I can sleep better now my anxiety is way down , my adrenals aren't struggling .. have some here or there but everyday , why for the rush .. your body can manage soo much better on a healthy whole food diet .. plenty of energy no need to depend on a processed drink that is a stimulant

Coffee will break a fast , it's a stress on the body it's a stimulant , impaires the adrenals which impaires my brain and anxiety , it breaks my my bed time , it breaks my stress levels it is a strong energy drink , go decaf .. caffeine is huge on the thyroid along w adrenals and nervous system ... one reason everyone is getting anxiety and thyroid issues is the harsh stimulants , and that will put on the weight , the body is in crazed state w caffeine c
