I recommend looking at the cell viability assay chapter in the NIH “Assay Guidance Manual”. It goes into more assays and more details than this set of videos. Just Google Assay Guidance Manual NIH. It is open access and available for teaching. It corrects some of the errors in these videos.

We have been using the alamer blue assay for more than 10 years. It is a robust and reliable assay.

i have a question please answer me can i perform cytotoxic assay on cell directly especially leukemic cell without culturing it
