xiao's and xianyun's visions ARE real tho, they glow in that one quest where you need to find special ore, as opposed to venti and zhongli. they just normally dont need them to do their thing also "thats different" welcome to localization, lol, we got borked in a lot of ways, in all honesty

The whole thing that CyYu said about Geo being the closest to the heavenly principles could be semi correct. Geo constructs can be cube like such as the sustainers abilities plus Celestia floats right above Chenyu Vale which is a part of Liyue the land of Geo. Was probably an on the spot crack theory but could hold water 😂

And Geo reactions are all based around making shields...which block attacks making your life essential "eternal". And some abyssal enemies such as Rifthounds bypass that shield to harm you directly through corrosion, which is LITERALLY WHAT THE ABYSSS ARE DOING TO THE ENTIRETY OF TEYVAT!

22:15 We do actually know that Dendro is the closest element to Irminsul. If Geo is the closest element to Celestial power that would kinda make sense? In the Chasm, the Divine Nail there is called the Spiritstone, and it looks like a stone pillar. The cube motif (associated with the Sustainer/Unknown God's powers, seen in the first intro cutscene and in what we've seen of the Cataclysm) is seen in the rock formations around the Chasm's Maw (entrance) and around the Spiritstone itself. You know what else is cubes and squares? Zhongli's square motifs (including the Liyue Vision and Geo Gnosis), his pillars, his ult meteor... Also, like, the idea that an ancient world tree is made of "Dendro" while a planet created by gods is made of "Geo"

If I'm not mistaken Ashikai said that she doesn't make Star rail videos because the game has nothing to offer in terms of theories and predictions Basically the story is what it shows you and nothing more than that

yeah, and each planet has its own lore which doesn't apply to the rest of the world, unlike in Genshin, where you could predict things about Fontaine based on things known about the previous regions. She also said she misses most of the popcultural references and there are channels doing the better job already.

More precisely, because there's much less "big picture" compared to Genshin, due to each planet being very self-contained, and also much less historical, mythical, cultural references.

@@Chaffee738 actually no, literally all of the Myriad celestia could have been actual quests instead of exposition dumps and they would have deepened the lore of each place so much Star rail already recycles maps and enemy models, it wouldn't hurt to make "mini domains" telling the story of these teasers Genshin makes super elaborate domains for quests that you can only do once so why doesn't Star rail do the same? they have less work in making characters, enemies, maps, quests and still don't take that extra step

I don't know if CyYu will see this but to clear up the Adepti Vision thing. All of their visions are real, they earn them just like any other, but they don't NEED them to weild elemental energy. They are just helpful in controling elements so the Adepti use them anyways. Even if you don't need it, if it helps and make things easier why not use it?

Geo being the closest to the Heavenly Principles is a bit weird since Raiden and her Eternity is right there. Geo not reacting ties more to themes of earth as a concept being stable and unchanging. Zhongli himself matches those themes with him being the oldest and also being incredibly strict about Contracts. HOWEVER: Zhongli does share a lot of similarities with the Sustainer and I think HP in general. So his element may not be all that close but he might actually just be from Celestia.

There’s this rock in Genshin Impact that if you have a vision wielder next to the rock, the vision will glow. But if you have an archon next to the rock, it won’t glow. I don’t know where the rock is and I don’t know if the rock would work if Furina was standing next to it or not cause she’s human and not a archon anymore. BTW: I don’t have Furina

This rock (Starsplinter iron) is a quest item featured in the achon quest that features Shenhe (Archon Quest Interlude Chapter: Act I - The Crane Returns on the Wind), located to the southwestern side of Mt. Tianheng. This item will only appear around the start of the quest and will disappear once you pick it up. It doesn't glow depending on whether the character is an archon or not It makes authentic visions glow. Venti's and Zhongli's visions don't glow because they're fake visions they use to blend in with normal people Same with Raiden and Nahida, but this is because they don't even wield visions, since they don't need to hide the fact that they're archons Neither would Neuvillette since he doesn't need a vision either However, Furina's vision would indeed glow, since hers is a real vision she obtained legitimately after becoming human! :)
