Same ammo...tried a few others w the same issue. Sent email to cz, they contracted me the next day and sent out a new one that works great w all ammo...

I do think they can be fixed be bending the lip at the top to allow a little more clearance...seemed to fix my broken one(occasionally still has issues)

I think it's just idiocy that they ship those guns with a 5 round magazine instead of 10. 5 rds is just worthless. WTF? Como on CZ!!

Where do you need a 10 rounder for a bolt action? If you use it for hunting than buy a 10 rounder, 5 is more than enough for any other activity.

You are showing us the "curved spring" is pointing towards the *back* of the magazine. So which way are there fewer troubles? I have a new 10 round steel that hangs up after 5 rounds, it requires a "tap" to getting remaining rounds to the magazine feed lips. My poly 10 round magazine works perfect. Thanks for any help.

Same issue for me. It looks like the bullet gets caught on the front of the mag and doesn't rise up
