there is sort of a bug when you upgrade the station to have a subway underneath when that gets unlocked when you already upgraded the other services on the station. I'm not sure which upgrade it is..I'm thinking the taxi service messes pedestrian pathing up a bit where passengers will completely ignore the subway stop if you set one up for it. So if you do upgrade it, keep it in mind that you may need to rebuild it if it glitches like that
