I love how great the lotto was, A perfect ms in all honesty. It’s pretty fast armed up with amazing weapons and is small so harder to hit.

Lotto canonically the first mass produced miniaturized mobile suit. its pack a lot of punch for its size and capable to fight full size mobile suit.

Unicorn was the closest we got to grunts being good at their job. It's a shame magic space wizards easily triumph over trained and even elite professionals in this universe, but I will never stop rooting for them regardless.

Then there's a certain man with a moustache named Kai Kitamura in a certain mecha universe who rides a grunt unit as old as himself along side magical robots that summon rocks in space and shoot the enemy into a fucking star and still holds his own with just sheer skill.

The Loto is a awesome Federation grunt.It's never shown being cannon fodder and gets defeated only by the Ace villains.

There's a point in Ep 7 where you see one get vaporized by a missile barrage, but I believe that's the only one that didn't get killed by an Ace (it's also impressive that it managed to survive all the way from Industrial 7 to the battle just before the end).

Why did the Federation discontinue this MS? It's utility is obvious: an infantry transport that can support its embarked troops with heavy fire support with cannons, machine guns, and missiles

they kind of continued developping it, but Guntank R44 is a failure and not perform better than D50C. so Feddies might still operating Lotto after UC 120 and its would not be surprising if they also giving it an upgrade since its already good miniaturized mobile suit to begin with and they already produce a lot of it

Not really sure why the one engaged by Sinanju were still active. Tho I think Full Frontal trying to disabled its viewscreen and control panel without killing its pilot, but was that really possible due to proximity between the beam & the pilot?

I think full frontal thought that the loto have the same cockpit location as the other ms I'm pretty sure the loto cockpits is further back since the loto is a transformable MS . At least full frontal spared him

2:03 can some explain how the Mobile suit Loto still able to attack even though the cockpit been pierce through is there like a second cockpit or a booby trap rig to set?

LOTO has a crew of three. Pilot and Comms officer in the upper torso and the commander in the lower torso. Angelo Sauper stabbed another with his beam saber from the top down and straight through the lower torso. Full frontal only kiled the commander leaving the pilot and comms officer unscathed.
