Thank you for providing me the new sentences. When my job-hood, I was often taken advantage of the fellow workers and peers. What I raged of was that my boss storled my thoughts and proclaimed at the committee at the city. After that, when faced me, he pretended to ignore. There're the same cases in Japanese companies or institutions out there. But when those men/women being ignored stored their frustration, they erupted to complain against their bosses. Most of Japanese workers are intend to follow the belonging organization calmly and quietly, but sometimes, such as the previous I mentioned, they take an opposite emotional action. It seems to be as if the 47 samurai from Akō-Han in Edo era, Mitsuhide Akechi, one of the subordinates of Nobunaga in Japanese civil war era. So, Japanese in generally are gentle but sometimes take a forceful action in exploited situations. Yes, even Japanese peoples are human beings, have a human emotion. See you next week. Have a nice week end everybody!

Thank you for sharing your experience. Even the most composed individuals, like many Japanese workers, can reach a breaking point when unfairly treated. It’s a reminder that beneath calm exteriors, everyone has emotions and limits.

Thank you for watching! Actually, I started working at a new company this week. At my previous workplace, I was made to do managerial tasks without pay, citing a staff shortage as the reason. When I told them I was quitting, they started negotiating by offering me a promotion instead. I left the company, thinking that if I accepted the promotion, I would be given even more advanced tasks.
