INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour - 1/2 Cup (60 gm) or 8 Tbsp.
Baking powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 Tsp.
Salt - 1 Pinch
Cocoa powder - 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Sugar - 6 Tbsp.,
Egg - 3 Nos.
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Sunflower oil - 2 Tbsp
Whipping cream - 50 ml(1/4 Cup)
Sugar - 3 Tbsp.
Water - 3 Tbsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
