I think a lot of us can relate. I've held multiple jobs in different industries and at different levels in hierarchy. One thing always remains true, there are always those that come to work and do their part. But there's always a couple bums who do nothing and somehow everyone else must pick up their slack. I was the guy picking up the slack unfortunately but I guess that was a good thing because now I work for myself and have the drive to push through.
