Couldn’t stand the brother when he first entered the league. When he fashioned himself after Mike, ugh! But I was the same dude watching MJ footage before I played ball for insight + motivation. Had to dumb down my hater-aid and respect his talent, dedication and mindset. Kobe was a student of the game, who mastered the craft. I was so looking forward to his next stage in life, but appreciate what the man accomplished and left behind. R.I.P Kobe

not sure if I know any other athlete as determined and as motivated as the Mamba. Kobe inspired me at a young age, even though I had my trials and still am going through the obstacles life gives us, that no matter how hard life is and no matter how difficult the world may seem, you can NEVER settle for anything. Fight for your life, fight for your health, and fight for the sake of you. Your abilities and potential alone supersedes negativity and the things around you. Only you can lift yourself up. From there, anything is possible

This is truly remarkable. In a 7 year span, he went from 0 points to the NBA and One of the geratest to ever do it. I am impressed and Kobe motivated me to play basketball. I am truly humble and blessed to have seen his entire career, but what motivates me even more is not necessarily his basketball ethic, his words of motivation. I wrote a paper in my English 101 class on Kobe and got the only A of my life. I was ready to give up on my journey and just happened to see this at 3:40 in the morning and reminded me not to quit. His dedication to basketball can be applied to anything in life. God Bless you all...

Kobe Bryant, makes a deal with himself at 13 to “Rest in the end, not in the middle.” Kobe’s Father Joe told him as a kid, Whether you score 0 points or 60, I’ll love you no matter what. Coming full circle, in Kobe’s final NBA Game after 20 Seasons, he scores exactly 60 points. You can’t make that up…. 🤷🏾‍♂️ R.I.P. Black Mamba!

This video reminds me of that moment in gym class when I was in high school. We played basketball and I was a general failure and full of self-doubt. But then I threw an unbelievable shot... Clean from far behind in the basket. My head was completely still and I ignored my classmates' pleas to pass the ball. And I noticed confusion and shock in their expectations of me when I scored. The moment was truly divine.

What a shame that he is gone, it's always the smart, intellectual and powerful men that pass away the ones who leave a impact in our hearts. Nobody is perfect kobe wasn't perfect but he learned and learned and learned some more and was able to change his image and his life around and dedicated all his love not just us the fans and people who grew up admiring him, but more importantly for him his family the ones who where always there for him through the bad and good. R.i.P Los Angeles Laker GOAT.

Most people are taught that "you only need a good job to become rich". These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
