Get skinny between the two o lineman. Make sure you don't get driven back the initial lineman of contact

Speed off the ball, Always hand on first, never take a full man, avoid the double team dont just let it happen, or try not too anyways

Rotate into them sideways driving with your outside foot staying in your gap if they beat you go down on a knee
