Once baked, cool thoroughly, and put in airtight container. To keep longer, store in the freezer. Thaw and toast over medium heat. Let cool till pastry is flaky and eat warm.

I only use normal blocked unsalted butter, not clarified butter. Please watch video in detail carefully ya. Thanks. All kinds of butter are sold in cake ingredients shop
