I don't know how much you know about touhou arranges and the doujin scene, but I can give a broad explanation in brief. Forgive me if you know a lot of this already. This song is made by the music doujin circle A-ONE. Most circles have multiple arrangers and vocalists that are core members and they also bring in other people as guests in arrangement or vocals of certain songs. A-ONE as a circle makes many songs that are usually either original compositions or arranges of songs from the Touhou project. The touhou arrange scene is very large and has many many albums made by many circles released at many conventions and such. This song in particular is a remix of a song from Touhou 12: Undefined Fantastic Object called Emotional Skyscraper ~ Cosmic Mind. If you wanted more eurobeat in this style, I would suggest looking at some of A-ONE's other works. If you really liked the base tune, you could listen to the original song from the games and more arranges that use it as a base.
