Really cool video thanks for sharing and good to know sourdough bread doesn't contribute to blood sugar level. What about cheese, what kind of cheese is good. ? Could you possibly inform what device were you using to monitor the blood sugar?

I generally only eat aged hard cheeses, not soft processed cheeses such as wrapped sliced ones.

Wow many big pieces of bread there. The most i can eat is only 1-1.5 pieces with eggs, cheese. 😅 It's good to know that sourdough actually spike the sugar slower than common bread.

連續型血糖偵測儀比較麻煩,台灣不容易買,美國需要處方,日本比較容易買。

台灣的軟式麵包是高油高糖 越精緻華麗越危險.. 血糖不飆才奇怪 ... 而且發酵時間短 , 商業酵母粉就必須加量 , 麵粉都還沒有分解就下去烤了 吃下去除了脹氣 .. 加上前面說的精緻化 , 血糖自然容易爆走 再說台灣並沒有真正的麵包 , 真正的麵包要吃法棍 , 因為還是很多假的軟歐包 ..
