This is the next in my series of 12" Singles from the 1980's.
In my view recording direct from the vinyl 12" single gives a better quality sound.
A great Disco track from 1981, released on 12" in 1982, that I have extended to nearly 10 minutes!

Same here! I'm now 62. I first heard this track while stationed in Colorado Springs, Colorado . I was either 18 or 19 when I first heard this; recorded onto an audio cassette by a friend's older brother for me after I asked him to make a tape for me. His side hustle was throwing parties at hotels and halls; d.j. ing with a friend of his; bringing in all of those milk crates of albums and 12 inch vinyl disco singles! That was one of my favorite eras of my life...and I knew it....because I was living it live!

I’m 55 now and when I found this one I’m blasting the speakers in my Ferrari. When I get to places people start dancing and moving ALL THE TIME. I was a DJ when I was a teenager and this is one of my favorites to mix with. Still have all of these 12 inch remixes originals from the 80’s….. enjoy it…

There is absolutely NOTHING out today that compares to this D-Train classic! I was just coming out of high school when this record hit the air waves! And to really think about it, 1981 was a banner year for a LOT of great R&B music that year!! And, a lot more to come during the decade! I was born in 1963, so like many of us here we saw more than our share of AMAZING music through the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s!!
