For loni dosa-
1 cup rice
1/4th cupurad dal
2 tbsp sabudana
1/2tsp meethi
Salt
Butter
For kara chutney
1 tsp oil
jeera
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 dry red chilly
1 tbsp roasted chana dal
water
salt
red chilli powder
mustard seeds
curry leaves
hing
dry red chilli
