I Hi, I'm 50 miles from London, not listening live, but I've just bought 'Choose again:6 steps to freedom' and am very excited to see whether my attachment to my need to actually make myself intentionally homeless (I'm 57) to escape what I'm not able to deal with at home will be sorted out once and for all. I'm so sick of the old story and the fear. Glad to have found you.

When i wake up in the morning i am so lonely. I u derstand that is from my youth. Buth it makes me só lonely. I am 72 jrs and from Holland.
