Thank you for the webinar & thank you everyone who shared their overwhelm story! Dankjewel Diederik. Ik kende je werk nog niet, blij dat ik het nu ontdekt heb. De antwoorden zijn zeer verlichtend! Ik herkende me in een aantal situaties. Ik ga het zeker nog eens beluisteren.

I found this quite enlightening and I thank you for posting this. As more and more people spoke up about their personal overwhelm it occurred to me there is no hierarchy of overwhelm. The form of the overwhelm was different for each: too many feelings, mad about missing an appointment, breast cancer, sexual assault, musical performance anxiety. But the content was all the same: UPSET. I did appreciate the Buddah quote. I live in America and the upcoming election I admit has me on edge. The only thing within my power is to show up at the ballot box and vote. The rest, such as the threat of violent discord, I cannot control. Which teacher I choose to look at this situation with, I do have control over. 🙏
