Setting the ride height is a crucial first step in your custom fit Mustang II install. In this video, I'll show you how we establish spindle centerline so it's the same on both sides, and then how to transfer that centerline onto the frame rails.

This was great! I have been researching ride hights and how to start the process. As you might expect there's very little if any usable information, and considering all the other questions I have it was near impossible to find the info I needed. Hey man, thanks for the explanation, would you say you moved the spindle centerline much from front to back from the stock centerline?

Are you getting a custom set of wheels made? I have a mustang 2 front end also for my 63 I haven't put it on yet though but I'm wanted to order wheels already. do you know what the backspacing would be and widest I could go in front with a mustang 2 front end.

soxsucks no, they're @wheelvintiques smoothies. 17x9 and 16x7 in front.

Hi Ryan, it's possible but may require some fairly extensive frame rail work to provide clearance for the upper control arms, depending on how high you want it. Are you able to provide a dimension from spindle height to the bottom of your frame rail? You can email us at [e-mail]
