I'm gonna have to walk back a point of criticism I made in this video. When he said, "We know our experts would tell us...", yes, this definitely isn't the same as saying, "Our experts told us", but he may have phrased it this way out of habit of avoiding hearsay objections. Furthermore, while this isn't an opening statement, it is similar to an opening statement and opening statements often make claims like, "Throughout this trial, this witness will tell us x," and, "Towards the end of this trial we expect that witness will tell us this." So while the criticism I made is certainly legitimate given the immediate context (a sentencing hearing with no expectation of a trial), an understanding of the greater context (where a DA would be accustomed to orating this type of narrative with the expectation of a trial to follow), it is reasonable to suspect this phraseology was made out of habit and not necessarily out of dishonesty or intent to deceive.

He didn't have time to do it all in-between texts and phone calls plus no steps climbed on his phone. He got sw clothing wrong he also got the children's nightwear wrong. He also said he used cece yanky blanket but the blanket was on the floor in the master bedroom during wellness check. I didn't see cw bring a blanket. He then told tammy he buried the blanket with sw but then said the blanket was still in his truck that day . Then he said the toys and blanket must of blown away. Doesn't sound like a person who was there imo .

There's something strange about the whole case. His lawyers weren't very helpful at all. With decent representation and a full trial the outcome might have been completely different, if all the facts had come out about what looks like medical abuse to the children and financial abuse of their dad. I believe Shanann's family were very aware of this so went for the plea deal situation. Is it normal for victims to make those decisions, because when my attackers went to court I was told about their plea deal but I had no choice in the matter.

wasn't it in the discovery that sw s mother had stated that they were to appear in family court in sept/18?...hmm why ?..had shanann been accused of abuse of her children?...as someone else stated while n.a was waiting for chris to arrive that morning shananns mom did mention at one point to check the knives..and I don't think she meant that because of chris.. and because n,a worked with shananns mom at the salon it was suspected that she previously asked n.a to keep an eye on shanann for some reason..this was way before the murders...its obvious the ruzek family were worried about those children beforehand...

Most mothers I've read who killed their children it was smothering and drowning and strangulation or house fire 🔥 men a lot of times stab or shoot . He would never of got the death penalty anyway because you need a hell of a lot of evidence and they had none only his words and they don't put people to death on words . Because confession is not proof of guilt. Many reasons for confession and they are not going to give the death penalty and then it comes out the person was innocent. Da rouke knew the death penalty in colorado was going to be abolished anyway so he would of been doing exactly what he is doing now but cw didn't know this

She actually spoke to ann meadows before cw did. There was a court hearing to foreclosure on the house and a date to leave the property. 28th August. I think the whole problem started when Chris spent his $12,000 life savings to buy her an engagement and wedding ring set and Cindy said couldn't you have bought something a little bit cheaper but that's what Shannon wanted and I do understand why Cindy Watts was upset that was his life savings and he was 25 years old had a great job a wonderful father who was his best friend I would never in my life tell my children don't talk to your dad how selfish was that of her she alienated him absolutely on purpose such a selfish and human being they didn't even do anything wrong he missed his father but I think due to the fact that I do believe he has Asperger's he didn't understand he did what she said he loved her and he was afraid of losing her but it was doomed from the start and Cindy just tried to protect him because she had a funny feeling something was wrong! I love my daughter-in-law to the ends of the Earth she changed my son's life around gave me two beautiful grandkids they live about 2 hours away from me I visit like every 2 months and I'm so thankful for her they've been together for 11 years and they still hold hands and I'm amazed I would never ever not get along with her! 😮 Thank you I have a couple of questions…. CW was arrested in Aug and up until his sentencing plea deal in Nov he would have had lawyers.. Why did it take a you tuber to scrutinise that video and find a shadow ? Do you not think that his lawyers and LE would have gone through that video with all of the technology at their disposal ? Also at the sentencing family statements read out Frank Sn states to Chris that he had carried the bodies out of the house like trash suggesting that everyone was dead before he loaded the truck… I don’t believe that Frank actually wrote that statement because he reads it as though it is for the first time and it doesn’t flow so who wrote it and where did that information come from if we are to believe that the girls were still alive.
@jordanhenshaw
@jordanhenshaw 2 жыл бұрын
His lawyers certainly did a lot of work prior to him signing the plea deal. None of that work had a chance to reach the court or the public because of the plea deal. I don’t think Frank Ruscek knows anything more about what happened that morning than anyone else. I’ve always thought that he wrote that speech himself. The forced and dramatic delivery is perfectly normal for someone without public speaking experience in that type of situation.
@happybunny8704
@happybunny8704 2 жыл бұрын
@@jordanhenshaw But why would he state that the bodies were all carried out of the house ? That indicates that the shadow couldn’t have been one of the girls as everyone thinks. Personally I think that Nate’s camera footage has been tampered with it has taken a couple of years to be picked up but everyone is claiming that it is one of the girls or in another film supposedly taken by Nate’s camera …NK. Yet earlier it only picked up NA reversing out of the drive with no footage of SW getting out and walking up to the door. Someone is deliberately hiding something ..and we are all over analysing minor details missing something important.

Hello Jordan About the strangulation issue, a certain method of a choke hold will knock a person out in seconds, it's common knowledge to the point where irresponsible people volunteer with like minded friends to experience what it's like to be knocked out this way , then wake up. So Shanann could have been unconscious very fast, then as he continued the pressure finally her life would be over. He's a big strong man large biceps, she being much smaller so his arm could easily kill her fast. I'm so interested to see your videos about this case. If this was a planned crime then why didn't he make space in the garage to pull his vehicle in under cover, as close to the the connecting door as possible, to make moving Shanann's body more easy. Instead of going backwards and forwards on his driveway out in the open. I don't think there was s grand plan.

She would not of slid in the back because when the pipes are removed it is not a flat surface she would of had marks plus the weight of her would of made that truck dip down with weight. Fury. He wanted a divorce, and Shanann was so domineering that she wasn't going to let him walk away possibly with the children. Her history of what looks to me like medical abuse might have come up if he got a decent lawyer. The façade of their "great" lifestyle was about to collapse into a second bankruptcy. Everything was about to hit the fan. He would walk away still with his job, but she would be shunned by the MLM for failing (look up people who've gone bankrupt through MLM activity and how all their MLM best friends ostracised them, it's how it works, and Shannon knew that), and her whole persona would be crushed.

Thank you Jordan for your analysis. The thief hatches was barely 7-8 inches I highly doubt that the children went down there without breaking bones, (not in the autopsy). Bella was almost 5 years old and a child's head is 20.50 inches at that age. CW says he suffocated the children with a blanket but in his interview in jail he says he strangled them ,so wich is it ! .Strange he could be convicted of murder twice , thought you could only kill someone once. I guess Rourke has his own rules made up as a DA .This case is so mishandled and messed up it is scary.

I used to get super deep into that stuff, but I think a lot of that is bs. The Jungian cognitive functions seem useful for labelling behavior, but the Meyer’s Briggs stuff doesn’t seem useful because these things are so capricious. So the judging v perceiving, those 4 dichotomies, they don’t seem useful. I mean introversion v extraversion is the only useful one, obv. I don’t think you’re either outwardly organized or inwardly organized. It varies over the course of years far too much.

I’m not sure where I stand on this. I never questioned he did it, even if some things didn’t line up. But I do agree that they dropped the ball by not continuing the investigation; there are so many false confessions- JonBennet Ramsey comes to mind!- you need to corroborate! In this case, things don’t add up to the point that the detectives flew out to interview him post conviction. They messed up big time. Some of the points presented here are very interesting to consider, even if I’m not completely ready to buy into this theory. I do agree that SW was abusive in more ways than one. And if genders were reversed, we would all believe that HE killed the kids, she killed him in revenge, and hail her a hero. She would be out with probation and time served, bcs it would look bad if they let her off scot free.

@flowerjpotter1629
@flowerjpotter1629 9 ай бұрын
True, he did tell them where to find the bodies. I think he tried to hide them because he was effectively trained to hide Shanann's mistakes throughout all the years of their marriage. He was afraid of her even though he was bigger and stronger, emotionally he was tiny. After 6 weeks of wild freedom he had the courage to ask for a divorce.....then came that awful night and I believe Shannan did the unthinkable out of fury and last act to prove her dominance, also because they were about to go bankrupt again and her whole persona was going to be ripped apart. The MLM crowd famously dump anyone who goes under. I believe she took the children's lives and that's when he snapped and attacked her. He wanted to hide what she had done to the children forever, but was clumsy with her burial leaving bedding near the grave, because he wasn't covering up her mistake there. He had a different standard for hiding his own mistakes. Plus he said he didn't want her near the children, which makes me think she did something terrible to them.

@@jordanhenshaw In this instance, probably because of the two children, there had to be another plan than his own property or in the trash.
