DA40 NG | Pilot Life | Flying Trips | France 2024 | Leg 3 | La Rochelle

The third leg of a one week flying trip around France. We fly G-SUEO, a DA40 NG to La Rochelle LFBH, from Troyes LFQB. We manage to get some short-cuts enroute to ensure we arrived in time to get fuel on landing. La Rochelle is another great, GA friendly airfield and a lovely town to visit too. While we were there we were fortunate to be able to go for an evening sail on the tall ship Shtandart.
Aircraft is a 2013 Diamond DA40 NG fitted with Garmin G1000 displays and GFC 700 auto-pilot. The aircraft is operated by Sue Air who have a fleet of four superbly maintained Diamond aircraft (DA40 and DA42) based at Gloucester and North Weald.
