Just amazing to be in your little "capsule" at 16,000' over such remote landscape. Awe-inspiring, beautiful, and scary at the same time. However, having such an awesome aircraft and awesome avionics (and Foreflight) just makes the entire trip epic! Thanks for such great videos!!!

@@MickeLang I had a similar feeling to the previous writer. I did a lot of IFR flying in the Piper Seminoles, Partenavias and later in Westwinds jets . All those look like ancient tech compared to what you are in.

As a kid I was entranced by airplanes, became an engineer but I realize now that was a mistake and I should've been a pilot. My friend did that and he made a ton of money and loved his job. I'm a bit old now (50) but still thinking about it. I guess the beautiful landscapes might eventually become mundane, but still better than sitting behind a desk all day.

What a lovely plane, both inside and out. I am so envious for those who can travel by small planes between regional airports. I am from the mega-packed (population and airspace) Asia without such privileges. Felt so free and lightens the heart with the scenery. Slightly scary sign there pre-landing through the zero visibility cloud there. :)

Yes the isolation is pretty good in the Diamonds but I use this Bose Proflight because it‘s smaller and I need the space over my head👌🏼

to be honest, no. This filming thing distract some people way too much. A good example how far this has gone is the Trevor Jacob video. I mean he crashed a plane just for views... Priority number one MUST be safety+flying and the last one should be focusing on cameras. Thanks for the nice words again Clarence! More is coming :)

Foreflight is great. Could you check Nearest Airport in Garmin? That has direction and heading. Guess that would have to have the Canadian airport database to work.
