Why? You realize they don't build anything, right? They're a middle man, and hire local companies to contract work to. You're better off just hiring them yourself and saving thousands of dollars. Here's my story. I applied for a marketing department manager. Then, at the interview, they say that jsy an entry level position, and I'd need to prove myself in the field first. I should have told them to fuck off right then. It's a total scam company. The last one was penguin windows. Ceo got in trouble for lying about sales calls disguised as inspections.

@@charlesnreed7094 I can second this and I worked for them. They tried to get me to sign an nda since I went to management training. I was sneaky and didn't sign it. So, when it came time to do my exit interview and it came to the, you can't talk about why proprietary marketing techniques we use, see you signed here. I said, where? I never signed that, you're middle managers should pay more attention. Not my problem now. Should have seen the look on his face. Tried to say I must sign it or they'd take legal action. I said go ahead and try, the laws are very clear as I didn't sign anything that said I'd do anything of the sort. You assumed I would. Again, not my problem, you should pay more attention. If it's such a big issue, shouldn't you at least check to make sure the forms are, you know, signed? Not just assume they are when I turned the packet in. I wrote some stuff into my contract too. Like, if I'm contacted in any way by Dabella or any of their employees after my employment, it will be considered a consulting call to me. Which, is charged at $2500 per hour, and I only work in 1 hour time blocks. I was one of their best "door knockers"/marketing managers. I made about $2k a week knocking on random doors and asking if people wanted a free inspection. I knew it was a sales call. They wanted me to give up my maps where I was getting all of this. I told him to turn the page on the contract we signed and I heard a big sigh on the other line. God dammit man, why are you doing this to us? I said, so you learn how to treat people like people and not your little pawns. I cost them at least a couple million in lost leads. It was a big territory and the new people in it have no idea where to go for the good stuff. So, they wanted me to tell them after I left. Nope! Pay me!

Because if the next contractor comes out and shows a similar price you’ll sign with the 2nd guy. It’s competitive
