Forgot to mention in the video, there was no assembly required. All I had to do was stack the sections upon each other! Easy Peazy!

Hello Andrew! Thanks for tuning in! Yeah, they were pretty generous with the hooks. Should’ve seen me trying to get them apart. Lol!

I have some out soon. Hung some whole chickens which turned out great, and use the rack to smoke some ribs. Which turned out great also.

It’s pretty good. Not as good as my weber smoky mountain. It does the job though. I think it’s more designed for hot and fast. Appreciate your tuning in B🤘

very interesting, this smoker design is found in all through out Asian countries for hanging chicken and ducks, now an American company is importing them and selling them for home BBQ folks. Need to get my hands on one.

Thank you for watching! Yes, I found this to be a very affordable smoker. It tends to smoke hot and fast and is made for hanging meat.

For some unknown reason, I feel like we've just passed thru some kinda' portal that blasted us into the future of BBQ. There's a LOT to like with this!

Wow, that's very interesting. Much different than the original Orion. I'm curious to see how it works. I'll be following along.

I posted a short video just showing the features of the smoker. The only thing I don’t particularly like, is that I’m having trouble controlling temp. I think the bullet smoker is much like the cooker. Tends to want to cook fast, where I was expecting low and slow. Still like it, just gonna take a few more cooks before I know what I’m doing on it. Lol. Noticed your cooking video was 2 years old. Have you cooked anything else on your Orion cooker since then?

Dave I added some insulation around the top section and on the door to allow for better airflow control. That reduced the temp my Bullet seemed to want to reach every time I fired it up before, as you note about your experience. (Near 300, generally, now tends to dial in about 225-250.)
