@@dsalnorcal1434Hi Dan! I’m a new viewer/ sub, and I’ve fallen in love with you, your dad and the entire family. This is one of the most purposeful and healthy channels on KZbin! Question- I see your dad often wearing team sweatshirts. I live in Kansas City, and I’m a KC Chiefs fan. Could I send him a Chiefs sweatshirt? And if so, what size does he wear? Btw-I’m surrounded by lawyers. Both my daughter and her hubby are attorneys, and so are the cousins. Every family dinner has SIX lawyers!😳😄 I’m a designer/ interior decorator, so they all become a whole lot for me pretty quick!😂😂 Take good care!

Dan, I just loved Ed, your dad. I will tell you that taking care of your dad is the best job you can have. I was the only child and back in 2014 my dad fell and hit his head and had severe brain damage. So, I helped my mom take care of my daddy. He lasted 4 months after his fall. It was a blessing to be able to take care of him. After he passed, I ended up taking care of my mom. She was in ill health. My husband and I took care of her until she passed in 2019. Those were challenging years especially taking care of my dad. I would not take any of it back and I would do it all over again. Now, my husband is in very ill health, and I have been taking care of him now for about a year. I am trying to keep him around for many more years. Of course we do not know from one day to the next, but I would do this all over again. I am proud of you and Danielle taking care of your dad. Although some days are a challenge you also have good times, and it is very rewarding. I just wanted to tell you that.
