Hope you enjoyed this one folks! What did you think to the KGM Tivoli?

Hi Jon and Pete a great review as ever and great chemistry between you both the Tivoli looks a nice car good to sit up high and looks roomy inside great to see an old fashioned handbrake! Seems much nicer made than the old ssangyong stuff

It's a reasonably priced new smallish family hatchback - £5k cheaper than a new Ford Focus. If you can live with that, then it's probably worth considering.....

You can change your name, I wonder if it will make any difference in sales. Nice video Jon an Dad. The way PIP is being changed, there will be a lot less motability customers sadly.

I didnt realise PIP was facing changes!

@@JonCoupland Not only that but Motability are now forcing EV. I just got myself the Tivoli40 in Dandy Blue ( great colour, black, blue and sometimes looks like a flash of green) But I feel it's going to be my first and last motability car as in a couple of years they won't be having any ICE cars on the list.

The engine is also sold in India in Mahindra cars also known as the mStallion. From what I gather it was co developed with Mahindra and SsangYong but don’t quote me on it. Mahindra has been using AVL Austria to design their diesel engines so I doubt Mahindra had any inputs towards its design and engineering. Also the Tivoli is sold in India as the Mahindra 3xo, albeit its been shortened to under 4 meters to save on taxes and also is offered with diesel, a 1.2 petrol mpfi and the 1.2 TGDI engines. Also has been changed a bit inside and also the front and the rear look a bit different. Top model costs about 1700000 Indian money or about £17000.

Looks like a perfectly capable car. Wouldn’t suit me though. While I give it points for the manual handbrake, I couldn’t cope with all that beeping & cheeping. It’d be fine if you’re on the bridge of the starship Enterprise & the Klingons are trying to sneak up on you, but for day to day driving… I’d end up taking a hammer to it…😬🤣
