You obviously have never dealt with the family court system. When a party is paying child support, no matter which party it is, you can't request back pay. There's no take backsies or pay backsies. That's why you go to the court IMMEDIATELY when something changes. Family court moves quick.. there was no excuse to wait 3 years - when the OTHER party files something. At the end of the day she will be paying the maximum anyone in state CAN pay to HIM for child support while he is with HER SISTER…which is the reason for the break up in the first place. And she should've thought about that before she made the decision she did just as we all do. Mr Eugene was just reiterating that their son was with him too, not just her sister as she mentioned, so the ex was the one twisting the knife in the ordeal. But thank you Judge for doing Justice by this man. I feel he deserves back child support as well for those 3 yrs but I guess he didn’t ask for it. What a great dad!
