If you realize that you added too much liquid, one way you can thicken it back up is to take out some of the beans and mash them. As the mashed beans heat, they will naturally cause the sauce to thicken without changing the flavor.

I make a similar recipe but make my own bbq sauce as most bottled bbq sauces have high fructose corn syrup and other chemicals. I also use green and red bell peppers. Sometimes I'll add chopped jalapeños depending on if guests are tolerant with a little kick.

Your videos help me a lot. I don't really have a relationship with my father and sometimes I just need to feel guidance. I blame myself for a lot of things I did in the past, for hurting people and saying words I shouldn't have...and I don't know how to get over it and stop blaming myself My dad never thought me how to handle my emotions so I did what he did:I swallowed everything until it become too much and lashed out. I realize now that that was wrong of me. I tried to apologize to the people I hurt, but it's hard finding them anywhere nowadays. Well, it doesn't matter now. I really appreciate this channel... I grew up with my grandparents who are obviously older and my nan is now 82 and I'm 23. My grandad passed away when I was 9, and my nan well she obviously knows how to clean, cook and all that but as we've got older and to that particular stage in our life she's got older and I haven't really been able to learn off her. And there's some things she doesn't know how to do like the changing toilet videos and unblock a drain etc... So these videos have really helped me as an individual. I really wish there was a channel like "Mum how do I" because I have no idea about makeup or anything girlie related. Like for instance, periods.. I had to learn all on my own and go through a really scary moment of my puberty alone at 12 and try and find advice from other people which was embarrassing. I search so much stuff up, and there's so many videos that just contradict each other and what you shouldn't do and should do and it just gets so overwhelming and I give up trying to educate myself. Maybe somewhere or someone out there will or has done a similar "Mum how do I?" channel for us women!
