I really want to get a mixer with grinder attachment one day! From all the videos I've watched yes, keep those metal parts frozen, you probably should even put everything together and then freeze the parts. The less time warming up the better. But I imagine it's harder when you have to film every too.

Does a ninja extra large also come in black. I bought one with 7 settings to cover his disposable pants and it was black. Hopefully it’s the same thing.

The outer parts are black but the main parts are all grey I believe.

Those burgers look delicious! I think it depends on my mood if I prefer a thick or smash burger. here in Chile We call the sauce with mayonnaise and ketchup salsa golf, no idea why. I have the same mixer and I have never bought an accessory for it 🤭

There are 2 kinds of burgers in this scenario. One is where you form the patty like this cook it flip it and it it rather thick. The other is where you make a ball out of the patty and then press it into a very hot grill. This gives you a thin patty with nice crispy edges.
