This is a typical West African way of cooking, my dear. I don't see any difference between the the Gambian and Ghanaian way of cooking. I'm really thrilled we are the same. I just watch you make peanut butter soup, waakye which we make white waakye as well without the red leaves or herbs. OMG it's amazing. Lol.

This too messy , all types of meat went in and fish also in one pot 😱😱😱 .Scrimp is un clean ,it’s just like pig ,it’s not good for the body .I will eat the good food only , if it’s cook individually but not the scrimp . .
