Caller at 52:00 was dead on and that was the problem with Fez. He refused to work on any of his social issues and Ron refused to put his foot down and make him do it. When they did the live show from DC months before Fez retired, Fez was finally forced to do something he didn't want to do and made it thru the show and did it brilliantly which he was convinced he could not do.
