Daewoo - How to Reset the Ice Maker (American Style Fridge/Freezer)

I did that and the tray is filled with water which after a while is frozen already but it wont be tosed to the container, so is not making ice automatically. any ideas what can be causing this and how to solve it?

@@nikolaylalev4841 hey buddy, yes, i was able to fix it. it was a crack in the ice tray actually, so I tried to get a replacement but couldnt find one. so i had to repair the crack by using a hard plastic piece, glass fiber and lot of strong glue. now is working like new! if your tray has a crack you can try that. good luck

Good tip for resetting and testing the ice cycle, however it hasn't resolved the root cause of my issue: the inlet pipe on my ice maker has frozen up, the pressure is causing water to leak out the back since it can't reach the tray. I used warm water to defrost it and clear the pipe so water could reach the ice tray again, but less than 24 hours later it has frozen up again... any suggestions on how to resolve this?

FYI - In some of the newer models, the test switch is located to the right hand side of the ice cube tray rather than in front of it and the button is white and not green. It is not as easy to see so look out for the arrow that points to it saying "test" - Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services on 0118 925 2577 if you get stuck and we'd be happy to assist you.
