More Daggerheart please. This may be the limitations of the beta, but I found the loaded questions/prompts VERY limiting to the scope of you ended up choosing per the class/domain.

Thanks for putting this together. Does seem like some work needs to be done as game testing and tweaking continues. Did you have fun playing? Or was there a level of "I'm lost" that took away some of the fun?

Yes I think there are some areas that need play testing it is on the pipeline e when I spoke with designers at gencon do t know how it will go but can’t wait. I had lots of fun playing and the way that they organized the character build section was very self explanatory for the most part. I asked a lot of questions but that was because I wanted to know everything 😝

Haven't seen much of how this system works yet, but it kind of feels like the Star Wars FFG system to an extent. I dig it either way though

A question I had about the playtest: what were the target numbers to do stuff and hit enemies? How did all of that work. Did monsters roll to hit or did you roll to evade?

You rolled to hit and evade, the bandits we fought seemed easy to hit. I asked about how the monsters worked but the DM would not or could not ( they where under an NDA) disclose that information. Hope that answered your question 😊

The more I learned about daggerheart the more I want to play. Has there been a release date Announce yet or at least a general time frame.

Thanks for the very informatrive video. Bestform sucks if it requires you to essentially lose health to use it via stress points. Really don't like the ability mechanic that requires you to start with a -1 penalty or spend some of your precious few ability points to avoid having a penalty. Heroes are supposed to be heroic not ordinary people. The regeneration for Warden of Renewal seems pretty weak. Warden of the Elements again requires you use up stress which probably makes it very undersirable to use, especially in conjunction with beastform. Overall it would seem like characters will be much less powerful than in 5E which seems like a problem since a lot of people already feel that it's hard to make their characters feel as powerful as they'd like in a heroic campaign.

Hard disagree but if you want to feel powerful just play heroic games in 5e and if that’s not enough feel free to give 16+ to all your stats and nice magic items and go save the world. You don’t have to play this. I think they address most of the issues 5e has with low levels , inflated hp, mechanics that are against narrative like spells slots (stress looks awesome).
