Great video! Next time, try setting BlackSheep's subsoiler to 9m and attaching it to the front of the tractor, with BlackSheep's stone picker on the back. This way, you can plow and pick stones simultaneously!

I don't think you should replace any of your existing tractors with a new one. I think you should buy a third tractor. A smaller tractor, for smaller jobs. And the digestate will disappear if you finish the BGA lease. So I would recommend pumping out all the digestate and storing it in a slurry spreader. Also, for sunflower harvesting, hire a sunflower header rather than a maize header. This has a faster working speed.

The digestate disappears when the rent is cancelled? That sucks, the grain mill and cannery keep whats in stock so its there when you rent it again.

It's annoying how many implements are buggy in FS25. I've been playing FS since FS13 and don't remember ever having this many issues. Bouncing mowers, headers needing apparently perfectly flat fields to collect, spreaders missing massive areas etc. It needs fixed so badly. It's annoying how nowadays it seems like any game that comes out isn't actually ready and is bug filled, but since it's like every game it is just par for the course to have to wait through months of patches to get the game to the point they used to be at launch

I turned the disaster damage to "visual only" because of this hail stuff. It looks ridiculously bad with these random identical circles and does add nothing of value to the game. It will still hail and it will still come with twisters but they do no damage.
@Beany-Wil

Agreed i did the same setting. I appreciate the idea of weather damage but it would work better if it just "thinned" the crop, sorta like what happens to rice if you skip a watering month

I kinda understand that but also I like the fact it's been implemented so I'll definitely keep it on, it's more realistic than the crops always perfectly growing every year even if the visual of the crop damage does look a little odd.

I dont know any better than that I can take any tree on the map down, dont know if thats a mod or a glitch. Works nice with dead tree contracts as on RBS there are also unmarked trees and if I cut those I dont get a fine and can take those even when the money has been collected.

You're growing sunflowers, long grain rice, olives and canola... All oil products. I bet there's enough profit in buying the big oil mill that you could recoup your costs quickly. My Riverside Springs playthrough is all-in on that oil mill. I have 3 large rice paddies growing standard rice, 4 canola fields and 2 sunflower fields, which isn't enough to keep the mill running all year, but I'm gradually growing the farm to dedicate more land to oil crops. Since the sell price for each oil type seems to peak at different times, I enable each production one by one to make sure they are done in time. Of course, oil isn't the only thing I'm growing. I have a couple of big chicken coops like the one you have, and I now have a dairy that is dedicated to goat milk. Nowhere near full capacity yet, but I have recently added a new goat pasture and I have space for more than 100 goats that will gradually fill as new kids are born. I have the small sawmill, a large chili pepper greenhouse, a large mushroom greenhouse and 24 Angus cows in the pasture that comes with a new farm as well. I sold the small oil mill that came with the farm, but added beehives because I'm growing canola and sunflowers. With regard to the animals, one small grass field produces enough hay to feed my goats and cattle, and once a year I wrap some bales (I don't use the silage; I just sell it). Goats are ridiculously profitable considering how much they eat. For a while, I was selling teenager goats to make room for newborns, but that was a bad strategy, I think. Instead, I'm now adding capacity as needed to increase milk production. I haven't found Angus cows to really be worth the effort, so I'm not expanding them. Starting from newborns, I sell them right after they give birth (except the first 6, which I sell at 90% reproduction to make room in the pen). I think I'm pretty close to month 36 at this point, so I'm only on my second generation of cows. I make about $3,000 per cow (on Easy) this way, which is fine, but the tiny food trough on that pen means I have to feed them twice a day or they won't reproduce. Luckily I need all the same equipment for goats, because two dozen Angus wouldn't cover the expense. My gut feeling is that I could get rid of the cows and make more money by wrapping silage more often; I keep them "just be-cows." Similarly, I don't think bees are really worth much, but I want the yield bonus on my oil crops. I think honey got nerfed in FS25. From FS22, I remember that the yield bonus from a beehive didn't cover a very large distance, so I don't actually know if the bees are profitable at all. Nevertheless, I always stick one large hive in the corner of a new canola field. I love bees in real life, so that's a good enough reason. Chickens are very profitable (as demonstrated in this series), and they fit well with my oil strategy because I like to rotate my crops, and there's only one winter oil (canola) and one spring oil (sunflowers). So, I rotate canola with wheat or barley, and I rotate sunflowers with sorghum. With two big coops holding 720 chickens, I don't have a lot of grain left over so I don't have a grain mill yet, since I don't use the production leasing mod. I think barley is probably best for chickens because you get a few more litres of chicken food per acre and it has a slightly lower sell price. But I do grow all three because I like the variety and crop rotation helps my roleplay. Also for roleplay, I generally sell the full pallets of chilis, mushrooms and eggs daily, although I sometimes break that rule by holding them in the month before the price peaks. Lastly, I chose standard rice over long grain because it takes about twice as much long grain rice to produce a pallet of rice oil, compared to regular rice. The rice equipment is pretty affordable, and I tried to "go big" to justify the investment to upgrade from long grain after I bought the oil mill, gradually acquiring nearby level fields for rice. At this phase of the game, the money is accelerating and my farm is really starting to expand. The oil mill, eggs and goat milk have been my biggest earners so far.

I don't dispute that buying those materials for the temple is "extortionate" but they do pay you for the goods, presumably they pay less than the goods cost but how much less? If it's not a huge amount less can you buy them for the temple and then sell the goods you produce to offset the price? "Frost damage" Did I miss something? Wasn't it hail damage? Maybe a nice modder can create hail nets.

It's called go side to side rather than up and down.... Just keep doing the same thing over and over again, that has been proven not to work over taking a different approach.... You see that the spots that are missed going up and down don't have a problem going sideways over it.... So easy solution, try going sideways and see what the outcome is.... Pretty simple in my eyes but two each there own. But as always, love the videos. Never miss one. Just frustrating watching you make the same mistake over and over again, wasting time instead of finding a solution to the issue, which in my opinion is working the field side by side

I think you should sell the valtra and keep the other tractor in it's place, as a secondary one. Then buying one of the top of the line biggest ones to replace it. Also, I think it's fair that you buy the other digestate tank spreader thingy and only pay the difference, since it's a game bug. So sold this one that keeps skipping the field and buy the newer one by removing only the money difference...

honestly i think giants broke something when it comes to pickup/application type stuff, even on a completely flat field i've had issues where my 18 METRIC TON (41K US POUNDS) John deere harvester would catch on nothing and get stuck, or would catch on nothing and jump up into the air like it weighs nothing, i think the macdon swather has been weird on these fields too, although not as bad as it usually won't get stuck completely, however as stated i have had the john deere get it's head (both the macdon pickup head, and the actual grain head) stuck on literally nothing and then it just sits there spinning it's wheels, but because it's not actually "blocked" by anything the game doesn't detect the issue, and so i don't know anythings wrong until i go check on it and again, this is on a perfectly level and flat field, no stones either, i turned those off and picked up everything that was left from before turning it off
