When they mentioned Daging kicap Daging merah Daging lemak Daging kerutuk It's meant That meat (beef) cook by local style Example Beef with black paper sauce or Beef with white paper sausw So when its said kicap its soya sauce So they cook beed with a soya sauce Same goes to curry Beef curry And so on Masak lemak means thwy used coconut milk to cook Happy explore terengganu guys

Sambal has many version....some sweet normally sweet soya sauce...some are salty like budu...some are spicy and sour....some can be super spicy....so choose your favourite one to dip with ulam

We call it kerutub for the daging dan ate, kerutub normally available only in eastcoast peninsular malaysia and southern thai(pattani, narathiwat, and yala). The spices to make this dish little bit diffrent with normal curry in other part of malaysia. If you guys found kerutub outside from terengganu and kelantan, maybe the cook from kelantan or terengganu 😊😊😊

In front salted egg look like ikan 'tempoyak'. In tempoyak dish they use 'Patin' fish. Can ask them 'Patin tempoyak'.

Dan was having Daging Kerutuk which is a.k.a. as Opor, u had it in Kuantan.. Anna was having Daging Dendeng, smashed boiled meat, cook with soy sauce and some spices

What Anna ate was "Daging masak dendeng". The dish is quite complicated to cook. The beef is first boiled, cut into thin slices and then pounded using a mortar and pestle. Finally fried with chilly, soy sauce, spices and herbs.

SEDAP “GILER”…. Sounds like ”ghee le” Sambal percik is to be eaten with ayam percik - grilled chicken topped with savoury sauce. You should try if you were in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

there is many2 way to choose best nasi campur plate, dan choose plate is ok, but anna she choose lot of daging dengdeng meat with sweet soya souce, if anna take rice put little bit daging dendeng put the yellow or green gravy take 1 piece of chicken fried or fish fried, than she meal will perfect

Dendeng is the method of cooking, mostly the beef is boiled, then sliced thinly, then beat it a bit till its thinner fried till a little bit crispy then cook in the mixture of soy sauce, chilli, onion, fried onion, cumin...

The restaurant back home is completely different and actually at home we never eat at restaurants we always cook our own food. We think it’s too expensive to eat there, a simple lunch is about 160 myr.

Because we don’t cook our own food we have no idea but we try to cut sugar out of the diet and think about the amount of food we eat. Nice with gym we miss that when travelling, it’s gym on a few hotels but the gear is not so good. Thank you for your comment and keep up the exercise 💪💪💪
