is the game fun on expert? ive beaten it on normal to have the best experience but i plan on doing it on higher difficulties if its enjoyable

Depends, did you play Rabi-Ribi on Hell or higher? Or other games of similar harder difficulties? Expert definitely requires you to play fairly well, but I wouldn't say its too too bad because you can still make a fair amount of mistakes. Most bosses took me anywhere between 5-10 Tries, but a couple (like Vassago) took me a couple dozen tries which can be frustrating for some people for sure. I find it fun because I love a challenge, Ill definitely visit Inferno difficulty myself some time soon.
