Can I add a second home in Onecta? I don't see the option to connect a second Daikin wireless AP anywhere!

I plugged in our WLAN cartridge and restarted the system. NOTHING. No Wireless Adapter option available. Checked that it was fully inserted (feels OK) and restarted again. Could this be the current firmware issue or something more serious?

@@Smigzz09 Not as yet. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be fantastic at engagement on any platforms.

@@Smigzz09 I have just been back to the MMI for another try (I've lost count now) and I can't believe it. As much as the cartridge felt like it would only insert one way (and didn't work), I flipped it over and tried all kinds of angles to put it in the "wrong way". I'm gobsmacked. It actually slid into place and the unit rebooted. The gateway is now on the menu. That's kind of embarrassing, but also amusing that it fitted the wrong way in the first several attempts. Good luck with yours.

@@Itsme-yc9bg just insert it different ways whilst allowing the angle to change a little. I'm away from home, so can't check it. Once it makes contact, the system will identify the card.

I am not able to add my Daikin Comfora (new) to cloud. The AC is connected to the router, gets its IP address (pingable) but the next step (adding you adapter to cloud) takes forever with no error message. I think the next screen should be choosing the timezone, etc. but I never got there. Any ideas?

@@mp0p3 Found a solution -> I changed a timezone on my iPhone (Settings/General/Date&Time) from Automatic to Europe/Vienna. Supposedly it's a workaround for a bug that should be fixed in the future.
