Have been always doing it in bits & pieces ..here & there but never so systematically and with so much concentration. Many years ago my elderly mother in law used to say " Shukar Hai" quite often at intervals of half an hour to one hour. Initially I couldn't fully grasp why she was doing it but later I got the hang of it and slowly became grateful for so many things in my life. Thanks for formalising this practice .🙏

Thank you dear Saurabh forvteavhing today's Gratitude Meditation. It was very soothing to the mind and I am saving this session and planned to practice it daily. I am a senior citizen, 84 years old. I recently came across your short 5-6 minutes exercises and started saving them and practicing them which helps me, specially movement of my legs as I have lot of problems in them, cannot walk without the help of a stick or walker. You have become a source of energy for me. Your teachings are simple, easy and short once and old people like me can practice them. Thank you very much and God Bless you❤
